Brokerage

Rutledge Investment Company (RIC) and its brokerage division, Rainer Realty Company, has handled over $200 million in farm sales in Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Louisiana and Tennessee over the past 4 years. Including $14 million in 2016, $19.3 million in 2015, $70 million in 2014, $25 million in 2013, $21 million in 2012 and $55 million in 2011. We are licensed in these five states. Our brokerage business has grown significantly in the past several years as clients have sought our expertise and variety of services to assist them in making farm acquisitions and sales.  Gwin, Stephen and Shelby are all licensed agents with years of experience and training.
